We found this interesting (and hopefully not too creepy) old 1940s educational movie about how the ear works.  It actually has good detail.   Now compare it to this recent computer generated explanation as told by the BBC: So do you think that computer generated imaging makes it easier understand? They sure cut to the chase pretty quickly. Funny how we're more distracted nowadays and can no longer watch a 10 minute video!:  What do you think?
